TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The technical information on the ITALIA MARINE website has been sourced from technical specifications published by the product manufacturers.
ITALIA MARINE reserves the right therefore to cancel, revise or otherwise update the information published on the ITALIA MARINE website catalogue as and when changes are communicated by the product manufacturer, without the need to advise or forewarn its customers or website visitors.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In consideration of the fact that the ITALIA MARINE online catalogue and shopping service is active in real time, ITALIA MARINE cannot guarantee that products ordered online will always be available for immediate allocation to the purchaser 

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Goods are delivered to the customer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), including insurance, with transport costs included in the invoice to customer.
On occasions when, on request, goods are delivered Ex-Works, the customer accepts all risk and liability for the goods from the moment that goods are placed in the hands of the transport forwarder. On receipt of goods, the customer must check that the packaging shows no sign of damage or tampering, that the order is complete and undamaged, and matches the description of the goods outlined in the transport documents and/or packing list.
Any discrepancies or claims must be communicated to the transport forwarder, and noted on the transport documents travelling with the goods which must then be returned, within 7 days of receipt of goods, by fax o registered post to ITALIA MARINE SALE OFFICE. to the to the forwarder to the transport forwarder Even where packaged orders have arrived in good condition, customers are required to check the goods for correct quantities, product description and condition.
Any damage or discrepancies are to be communicated to ITALIA MARINE, in writing, by fax or by registered post within 7 days of receipt of goods. ITALIA MARINE will not consider or accept any responsibility for claims arriving beyond the 7 day communication deadline. The customer shall be fully responsible for the descriptions and information contained in all claims and declarations submitted by them.

RESPONSIBILITY

ITALIA MARINE cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, directly or indirectly incurred as a consequence of the sale of goods or services outlined in the catalogue publicised on the ITALIA MARINE website, even in the case of delays or omissions in the delivery of these products and services, nor for any discrepancies between the description on the webcatalogue with the goods and services supplied, nor for anything or event which cannot be directly caused by ITALIA MARINE.
